WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We may collect various personal data about you, including:
Information you provide when you use the “contact us” facility or fill in any enquiry or other forms on the
site (for example, your name, email address and telephone number);
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

You hereby explicitly consent to your personal data being collected/received by us and processed by us as required in order to the following:
Collection, processing and use of personal data
To be able to fulfill its tasks, Subvise exclusively collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with the standard, legally valid regulations as far as is required and deemed necessary for fulfilling the contractually agreed service obligations between Subvise and you, the customer. Any additional collection, processing and use of personal data will only be initiated once you have given us your written or eMailed permission. The term “personal data” includes all details that you enter on the Subvise.com website and enables personal identification (name, address, company name, role, phone numbers).
Collection of sensitive corporate data
Subvise treats data regarding chemicals tracked by the Subvise dashboard with great care. Our system uses SSL encrypted transmissions enabling us to keep your corporate data securely.
Collection of non-personal data
In order to improve our range of products and services, Subvise.com uses so-called "cookies" ( compact data packages that contain configuration information). The data stored in these cookies is anonymised not permitting you to be identified or attributed to a particular individual. Cookies may be deactivated by yourself in your own browser’s preferences.
Transmission of data
Where necessary, Subvise will pass on payment details to its payment provider in order to process payments. Subvise may use aggregate hence anonymised data to generate system reports that may be shared with third parties. These reports will not contain data that can identify customers or trade secrets. You hereby explicitly consent to to your personal data being transferred and/or disclosed to a future purchaser of some or all of our assets. This right is subject to the “need-to-know” rule and under Subvise's obligation to bin any such purchaser to the same standard of privacy & data protection with Subvise remaining liable to you for any acts or omissions of any potential purchasor breaching this commitment. Subvise is prohibited from transmitting or reselling customer data to third parties, unless given express permission to do so by the customer.
Right to information
In accordance with the German data privacy protection act, each user is entitled to enquire about any personal data that has been stored and (where warranted) also has the right to demand that personal data be modified, blocked or deleted free of charge. In this case the user must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Subvasis is entitled to charge a fee on an actual cost basis if any such information is requested to be sent on paper and/or via mail or courier.
Retention of Personal Data
We are only allowed to retain your personal data for so long as is necessary having regard to the purpose of the processing. We may therefore delete personal data after an appropriate period of time.
Cancellation of consent
Each user/customer can withdraw its consent at any time with future effect and without giving a particular reason by writing to the following email address email@example.com.
